Terms and Conditions

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Island Business Graphics. Quotes and estimates are not binding until confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Estimates

  • All prices are estimates based on the specifications provided at the time of quoting.

  • Prices may change if specifications, quantities, materials, or timelines are modified.

  • Taxes, shipping, and delivery fees are not included unless stated otherwise.

Deposits & Payments

  • A 50% deposit is required for all custom print orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • The remaining balance is due prior to release, delivery, or pickup of the completed order.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of future services.

 Production Timelines

  • Production timelines begin after receipt of approved artwork and required deposit.

  • Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by late artwork, revisions, approvals, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Island Business Graphics.

Rush Orders

  • Rush service may be available for expedited production.

  • Rush orders are subject to additional fees and scheduling availability.

  • Acceptance of rush orders is at our sole discretion.

Artwork, Proofs & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork unless design services are purchased.

  • Proofs are provided for customer review and approval.

  • Final responsibility for accuracy, spelling, layout, and content rests with the customer once proofs are approved.

  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

Color & Print Variations

  • Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to variations between screens, proofs, materials, and printing processes.

  • Minor variations in color, size, trimming, and quantity are considered acceptable and do not constitute defects.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cancelled after production has begun are subject to charges for work completed.

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production is underway.

Intellectual Property

  • Customers represent that they have the legal right to use all text, images, logos, and trademarks submitted for printing.

  • Island Business Graphics is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement in customer-provided materials.

  • Ownership of artwork remains with the customer or rightful owner unless otherwise agreed.

Pick-Up, Delivery & Storage

  • Orders must be picked up within 30 days of completion unless otherwise arranged.

  • Unclaimed orders may be discarded after this period without refund.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

  • Island Business Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Refunds & Reprints

  • Refunds or reprints are issued solely at the discretion of Island Business Graphics.

  • Claims must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of the order.

Website Use

  • Website content is provided for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
